Good company, with caring people caring for others. At the end of the day, we make a difference. Excellent company for direct caregivers.

Cons

No sense of urgency, no marketing and name recognition, standards of recognition are very dated, systems outdated.

Iam fortunate to work in a home providing services to three wonderful people; which makes my job bearable.

Cons

Poor management, terrible pay even as compared to other local providers 60 plus hr weeks with no overtime.I always have the feeling that mgmt is working against us in the smallest of details.The absolute worst part is that the people working in our office not only treat thecaregiver like crap,they also care not a bit for those we serve.Icannot believe this place is still in business.
