Pros

Very easy job, management is lenient as long as you're performing your job safely

Cons

Not much room for any kind of pay raise or growing with the company. It's pretty much a dead end. Supervisor don't make much more than the people under them.

Pros

You get to meet some of the sweetest elderly people and hear some great stories.

Cons

Wow, where do I start? This company was my first company going into home health care. They literally took advantage of me. Made me take other co workers shift and promise a higher pay that I never got. I work so hard and never got to go to any of my son's football games. I came down with kidney stones. I was in so much pain but they said if I didn't go to work I would lose my job. So I worked a 9 hr shift with kidney stones(I didn't know it was kidney stones just knew I was in horrible pain). I finished my shift and went to the er. The doctor said my stones were too large and I would need surgery. I was in so much pain they hook me up and gave me morphine. The company called my phone and asked why I wasn't at the job and my husband told them what was going on. Instead of asking if I was okay they told my husband that I needed to make some calls and find someone to cover my shift. My husband went OFF on them. I basically gave my whole life to this company and did a lot today things I was not trained to do. I finally quit because my paychecks were not right and they were not compensating me for gas. When I quit they basically didn't care. I cried and apologized to my family for not being there.

Pros

a lot of overtime. if you want to spend over 80 hours in a week at work then this is a place for you.

Cons

pay is close to minimum wage an hour. they hire anybody to supervise/ unqualified people. poor top management, not there for its employees. too many cons to mention!
