There are SOME pros....Managers are nice. Most of your co-workers are awesome. But like most places, there's a select few that are annoying. Paid holidays and PTO. Health benefits are decent. Casual dress code (jeans and t-shirt is fine)

Cons

You will get NO pay raise with this company. No advancement opportunities. Which, honestly I wouldn't want to move higher up here anyways. Too much politics. They care more about the money brought in the door than their employees. Classic "overworked and underpaid" situation here.

There are a number of pros to working at BrightSprings/PharMerica. For one, the people that work here are driven by the mission of the company. Another pro is that healthcare is an evolving business and you can make a big impact on the lives of who we serve. Finally, there is room for advancement--over the course of five years, there have been numerous opportunities to grow, be promoted, and gain responsibility.

Cons

I would say that, as with any workplace, there are opportunities for improvement, but this has been the best workplace that I've ever worked at.
