Pros

The clients are seriously the only reason I'm still here.

Cons

You're stuck at minimum wage, there's barely any advancement, no appreciation for anyone that's not a manager or higher, and they think youre stupid even though you spend more time with the clients than they do.

Pros

Meeting great patients, and networking with other employees. Hours are ok.

Cons

pay is HORRIBLE, poor management, no communication, trainning isnt efficient. All the work that is meant to be done is NOT worth the pay we get. Too easy to move up in the company.

Helping others is a very rewarding job. I'll miss working with many of them once I move on.

Cons

Poor Pay (basically minimum wage), Bad Management, No Raises, Forced to work 20+ hour shifts multiple times, Union Dues for a pointless union.
