Decent job if you’re just looking for income

Pros

A lot of down time. Clients can actually be pretty cool to talk too. Easy money.

Cons

Staff can be super lazy so you end up doing all the work. A lot of miscommunication. They don’t really train you how you’re supposed to be trained. Lack luster support from staff and or supervisors, as most times they don’t answer the phone even.
