Pros

Some cons are some of the sight supervisors are understanding and very generous. The pay gets the bills payed.

Cons

They don't take matters and issues seriously. They would instead give you meaningless stuff instead of a raise. Most staff are rude and will talk behind you to get you in trouble. They don't take staff safety seriously and ignore their own rules.

Great people to work with. People do care and become like family after years of service. Does not micromanage

Cons

Pay could be better and 401(k) option.

Pros

Some Coworkers are great. Kinda satisfying to help the disabled.

Cons

Horrible management, hours are not flexible, thay will put u anywhere and everyware. You will have no time for friends, family, basically no life outside of work. no communication, been here about 4 years only got 1 slight raise after 2 years AND pressuring to leave. 😂 thay offered a great raise at first BUT only if I were to take care of a curtain client that I hated. Greatly underpaid for a company that brings in a lot from the clients. Oh that also provide jobs to our clients and pay them next to nothing. Like 2 weeks most make up to or lestt then 100$. Hire ups don't give two f's about any employee. U call employee appreciation by giving a pizza or taco's. HOW ABOUT A DAM RAISE INSTEAD.
