Can work self pace at times

Cons

Tons of problems you have to deal with that are not even in your dept., tons of personnel issues to deal with (again not your job), no upper management wants to deal with anything so you're stuck with it, HR doesn't care, no room for growth, your job keeps growing but you will not get a raise and corporate will not help you either, and also have to deal with upset consumers and families which you are not trained or authorized to do.
