Sometimes working with the clients was very enjoyable.

Cons

Lots of responsibility and liability for very little pay. Management outside of work site disinterested and inept. Stay away.

Family oriented and flexible scheduling. Clients are first priority. Constant growth mode for the last 2 years.

Cons

No raise in 6+ years. Under staffed. Lack of communication. We are a growing company that needs to stay informed between all departments.

I enjoy my co worker and the schedule works for my schooling. Few days and longer hours work for me the best.

Cons

NO raises, a ONE and HALF BILLION DOLLAR company and they are paying some of their employees MINIMUM WAGE?!?! Horrific expensive benefits. Upper management does NOT care about employee safety with dangerous and aggressive clients. Punitive punishments for minor infractions (missing meetings) but NOTHING done for workers who RELAPSE ON THE JOB FOUR TIMES, SLEEP ON THE JOB, and have photographic evidence against them, etc etc etc.
