      Best agency I've worked at so far

      Pros

      I've worked at a couple of agencies as a BCBA and Brighter Strides is by the far the best agency I've worked at. They care about people over profit, and the people at admin and other BCBAs in my state really build a respectful, collaborative, and fun working culture

      Cons

      admin team sometimes changes without formal notice and emails to admin may be redirected a couple of times
