No formal lateness policy for clients. I've somehow managed to book a client with a history of being late. Had a client show up 12 minutes late with no warning. Employees would rather believe parents taking advantage of the system rather than loyal employees.

Pay rate is high but doesn’t provide ful times hours so overall income isn’t great. Don’t receive pay for client cancelations and only get paid when client arrives not when you do
