Pioneer in the field of Artificial Intelligence and machine learning. Brighterion is a very fast paced company with a high performance culture. It demands much of its employees, yet delivers exceptional challenges and rewards people for their contributions to the business. Smart co-workers, Exciting / challenging work at scale, Empowering culture Ample of opportunities to learn Extremely helpful, friendly team. Very strong and Impressive CEO. I'm impressed with the level trust, support and autonomy management provides employees to run with an idea and own a project.

Company can do a better job marketing itself differently based on industry and verticals.

Interesting AI technology. Leader of the field. People are nice and willing to help each other. Good benefits. Free lunches, snacks and soda.

Cons

Lunch portion is sometimes to little (I have a big stomach). The bathroom in the hallway of the current building is shared with other companies. No employee stock purchase plan.
