I have to say, this place is pretty cool!!! Co-workers are smart and dedicated. Clients are loyal due to results that seem to blow away others they worked with previously. Always cool when new clients gives kudos to performance. Kind of shows that AI is best left to those who know AI! It validates that my decision to join Brighterion was a good one. Management is hands on and in touch with the employees.

Cons

The different work groups are spread out in different areas of the office which makes it hard for us to get to know each other. More company functions would be nice so we can all get to know each other better.

Pros

I work on projects - such fraud prevention and cybersecurity - daily that matter in the real world and make a difference. Personally, this is important to me. Working with clients such as MasterCard and multinational businesses in finance and security has given me experience and knowledge in a wide variety of industries. My manager and the CEO encourage innovation and forward thinking. This allows me to sometimes take part in test projects for potential clients in areas that we have not yet applied our technology to. To be a part of something like drug discovery or to help a company make discoveries or find things they weren't even looking for is fascinating. Every day has the potential for growth and innovation.

Cons

We're growing very quickly and the stress is evident as some people can feel stretched at times.

Great views from the office, great work-life balance due to 9-6 schedule.

Cons

Poor culture, no transparency, obvious lying, atmosphere of always being watched, no interest in people (huge turn-around), hiring only recent college grads, little to no communication between the teams, you're moved from project to project without being spoken to, everyone is afraid to voice their opinions
