Pros

Everyone has been so kind and supportive during the onboarding process. The trainings and learning opportunities from leadership will equip me with the skills and confidence needed to excel in my position!

Cons

Navigating the EHR system is confusing and not very user friendly.

Pros

Working at Brightline keeps me on my toes, in the best way! Things move fast and priorities can shift, but that’s part of what makes it so energizing. The mission is incredibly meaningful, and it’s amazing to see the real impact as we open new clinics and reach more families. The pace of growth brings constant opportunities to learn, take on new challenges, and really make a difference. I’ve been with Brightline on and off for a few years now, and I keep coming back.. for the mission, the momentum, and especially the people!

Cons

Not every process is polished, and you’ll sometimes be figuring things out as you go, but if you’re energized by change and care about making a difference, it’s a great place to be!

Pros

*Exceptionally smart and kind team. Some of the best folks I've ever seen in a startup. * True mission orientation (company cares about clinician experience, quality of care, the kids and families they are supporting) * Very strong financial position (ie they aren't going to have to raise money in the next period of time) so has stability/likely won't need another RIF * Good benefits and flexibliity (ie work remotely)

Cons

* Early in scaling the new brick and mortar business, so lots of learnings still happening and need to iron out the model * Could do more in-person activities to drive community with the teams
