- Firm really focussed on operations, better than most at having set processes and using technology. - Amazing co-workers on my immediate team, truly caring friendly people. - Opportunities to learn and grow about the profession. - I learned more starting at Brighton Jones for 2+ years than I think I would have at a lot of other firms. - High growth company - responsibility advancement opportunities, lots of new clients

Cons

- There is little to no work life balance. While I was there constant turnover on the team made it hard to know who was doing what. - Despite an insane amount of employee surveys executive leadership is out of touch with their rank and file employees. - Compensation is lower than other firms in the area, when pressed on this issue leaders can get cagey and give weird excuses. - Asking overworked team members to raise money (via bakesale or other means) for the Brighton Jones foundation so the CEO and select clients can travel to Kenya or donate to Kenyan organizations. - High Growth Company (chaotic at times, competitive atmosphere, felt like growth at all costs sometimes)

-Great People across the board -Clear Company Vision -Employees take pride in the service they are providing and have an authentic love for what they do -When they say reach out to anyone for help, they mean it, very warm and welcoming culture

Cons

-No work-life balance. They preach it and I'm sure they mean it but consistently saw people working well into their evenings/nights almost every day. -Managers have different systems of operations making workflow very inconsistent and slower. -My experience was very specific in that a few people left my team as I onboarded so I did not get the support a regular new hire would get, increasing my ramp time and no accountability from management for lack of support. I was just expected to be up to speed. -Teams were cliquey.
