      No work life balance. Several nights you could find kids in office while their parents were still working upwards to 10pm

      Pros

      Rampant competency at all levels of management. Still growing and thriving during lockdown. Significant role in ResMed's growth strategy. Great long-term commitment.

      Cons

      In the product development area, salaries can be well below market. Trading fees on ESPP almost totally eat up the gains you are given in lieu of salary. Some older technologies being used because the product is mature and stable. If you are looking for a short-term role to add some acronyms to your resume, move on.

      Everything else is a con. There is no flexibility on work hours Pay is a joke Insurance is way too expensive Management is a joke as well. No one ever knows anything You don't get clear directions of how to do things. You have to google every question you have. If you can not find the answer then you are allowed to ask the lead who will most likely be too busy to answer and ultimately be told they not know the answer ... Job security... all positions are slowly but surely being sent to India.
