Pros

The company culture is amazing. Co-workers, team leads, supervisors and up are all helpful and generous with their time. They make sure to provide us with all the tools we need to get our jobs done without taking away from our personalities. Supervisors are understanding when it comes to emergencies and life-events; the company is very well organized and structured. I have several friends who are waiting to apply if/when we open up for more service members! I am VERY happy working with Brightside so far, and hoping to stay for a long time!

Cons

Sometimes response times for questions can be slow. Must have a very good understanding of how to use Confluence in order to be able to utilize the information in it. (It is very useful, but can be complex to find all the necessary info.)

Pros

The work/life balance is great, the culture is great, benefits are top notch, compensation is fair compared to the market. Instills DEI in their values.

Cons

None that I can think of. Seeing we all work across the country and meet virtually for meetings I wish we could all meet in person.
