Great team ,fantastic SRO and MRO .alot of learning daily. It has been a wonderful journey so far , and the best decision to come to work for brightspeed.

Cons

Bumps and bruises and a few obstacles along the way , but nothing i can really think of.

Great Support from above and great coordination among all teams I have worked with.

Cons

Some systems and processes not yet ironed out that I believe continue to impact the customer experience. Efforts underway but definitely need to keep striving for improvement.
