      Co workers were decent enough to work with

      You will be burnt out after working for about 4 to 6 months Management plays mind games and doesn't directly confront you about things. They will ask odd questions like what time you entered or left but will refuse to comment further if you ask what is wrong

      Committed organization to all people, residents and associates. You will feel respected, your suggestions and ideas are heard. I go home at night knowing I have a huge impact.
