7yThank you so much for the review. It is an amazing feeling when you feel welcomed and appreciated at your job. We love our residents because they are kind, caring, and they show appreciation to our team.
We also wanted to share our IDP, Individual Development Plan, process. Any associate, after completing at least 6 months of service, can apply for an IDP in order to grow their knowledge and skill set. The pace of the plan is completely at the associate's comfort level. Our selection process for any of our positions is comprehensive because we want the best associates for our residents. It really does all come down to associate satisfaction leads to resident satisfaction which leads to profit. We strongly model this philosophy in all we do. Thanks again.
