      Run fast away! leadership bullies their employees, demean and belittle them! Very toxic and stressful culture! If they are intimidated by you there’s no chance for success! Zero work life balance and no quality of life

We have several communication avenues available to our associates to report, anonymously if more comfortable, and in writing and/or verbally to our Human Resources Business Partners in the field or directly to the home office.       Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We completely agree that our teams are highly engaged and our home office is very supportive. We can also guarantee growth opportunities with us for a very long time. We are continuing to add communities in the eight states we serve and cluster them in a way that supports transfer and promotion opportunities. We hope you take advantage of our IDP (Individual Development Program) as well.
