growth opportunity. anyone can start not certificate needed.

Cons

unorganized (Catonsville). Old management was more organized now it seems like the place is slowly falling apart and management says they care about the employees but don't listen. Its a fashion statement place between management and the real issues gets brushed under the rug. can be a gossip house at times.

We reviewed the most recent survey for Brightview Catonsville and overall they scored 7.6% higher than the National Benchmark average. More specifically, we reviewed our highest scoring factors which included: caring for our associates, employee opinions count, trust of the leadership, respect for their supervisor and a few additional categories.
