Pros

Feels like family, great directors, clean, smells great, free lunch! Pushes you to grow within the company unless you want to stay at the level you are in. Loved to teach and can learn about any department!

Cons

I don’t have many but one yess to free lunch but it doesn’t come with a drink.

Pros

Flexibilitly of shifts and ongoing in house compulsory learning program. Health benefits for full time employee.

Cons

Poor working condition. Lots of racism, high staff turn over from Managers to floor employees. Management have no regards for workers. Their priority is about residents.
