      Easy work load if you’ve ever actually worked somewhere else

      Cons

      Management and staff are very young and inexperienced . Classic corporate management style of tall and email and meetings but nothing gets done . Scared of employees . Good employees leave and bad ones stay . Call out culture is rampid
