And let's not even delve into the disturbing level of gossip and chatter that pervades the workplace. Anything you say or do becomes fodder for conversation among your colleagues. This situation is intolerable, especially considering that the majority of your coworkers are still in high school. For a mature, 35-year-old woman with children, engaging in such behavior is entirely inappropriate and unacceptable.
