Pros
The residents themselves are a joy to work with. The idea and mission behind the company is promising. The headquarters tries to celebrate staff appreciation days through ice cream trucks, raffles, etc.
Cons
There needs to be a tighter grip on individual communities themselves. My community was incredibly political and those in charge thrived on gossip. There was a lot of manipulation going on and the hardest working associates aren't paid nearly enough for their service.
