      Great benefits, residents and some associates.

      Cons

      Management is definitely not professional. Gossiping directors. Directors don’t care for residents. Short staffed. Agency in building w/o having covid test. I wouldn’t recommend this community.

      Available for growth, work hours you want, good relationships with coworkers and supervisors,

      Did not feel heard when we needed a pay raise, the job is tough, physically and mentally and the pay did not compensate for this.
