The fact that you're expected to handle the preparation, maintenance, and service for 95 residents all on your own is nothing short of abysmal. It's a situation that isn't even remotely worth the time or trouble. You bear the sole responsibility for preparing two main courses, along with the sides, salads, and other menu items, entirely by yourself. On top of that, you're expected to manage room service for the residents on the second and third floors, and it's no surprise that things are frequently delayed under such circumstances. And let's not even delve into the disturbing level of gossip and chatter that pervades the workplace. Anything you say or do becomes fodder for conversation among your colleagues. This situation is intolerable, especially considering that the majority of your coworkers are still in high school. For a mature, 35-year-old woman with children, engaging in such behavior is entirely inappropriate and unacceptable.

Amazing residents. They deserve better. Sons and daughters should seriously reconsider this place for their parents.

Cons

They will hire you on the promise that they will mentor and promote you; supervisors will deny you promotions behind your back; employees are tied and burnt out; you will be expected to pick up the slack of your coworkers when they refuse to do their job.
