A TREMENDOUS ORGANIZATION!

Pros

* Senior Management is plugged into and committed to the communities they oversee, and work hard to provide the tools required for us to offer best-in-class services * I have had the ability to hire excellent Associates, and have not had to "settle" because the compensation for an open position was not equivalent to the expectations. * A tremendous organization if you are an energetic, hard-working professional who enjoys caring for people, winning as a team, and would like to increase your responsibilities, or have career aspirations. An expanding organization that likes to promote from within.

Cons

* I would say the "cons" are industry-driven, and not Brightview-driven. It is a business with sometimes dramatic ebb & flow, and the ebb is utterly unpredictable. But Brightview does a better job of supporting its communities with the resources it requires during a downturn than many other competitors.

Pros

Everyone there was very nice. They provided continuous training and free food. Their hours were very flexible. Supervisors tended to be very receptive to your needs. The free food is delicious, and if you're lucky you can take some pretty high quality expensive food home because they have to clear out the fridge every week to keep up with the needs of a rotating menu.

Cons

Continuous increase in workload without compensation. Pay was low. Short staffed. They were real stringent on having you clock out and not get overtime, even if the workload is not done. Thus forcing you to cut corners. Turn over is high. Also there is no career ladder to climb.
