Pros

Great place to work! You have to work hard and there are long hours to be put in, but it is very rewarding work and the company it always trying to expand its benefits program. I plan on staying with the company long-term.

Cons

Because of the long work hours, it can be hard to have time off without feeling like you are going to regret it coming back from a vacation. It would be nice if they could have more floating directors to help with workload while one is out.
