Thank you for your review. We have found that working at a Brightview Community throughout high school has been a wonderful experience for students and our residents love connecting with the youth. We noticed you commented on advancement opportunities and we have many positive stories of high school and college students who have advanced their careers with us.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We're very happy to hear the positive comments about your working environment. We seem to hit the mark on many areas that employees find valuable like having nice friendly co-workers and good management. Regarding the cons, we'd like to comment on few points. At Brightview Senior Living, we value our associates and understand the important role benefits play in attracting and retaining great talent. As such, associates who are regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours each week are eligible to participate in all our health & wellness plans which include: medical, dental, 401(k), Short & Long term disability, Life Insurance to name a few. We are an extensive list of wellness benefits and employee discount programs that both our part time and full time associates enjoy free of charge. In terms of compensation, we regularly review market data to ensure we are paying our associates a competitive wage but we're always happy to look into any wage concerns to see if we missed the mark when associates request a review. Our shifts are typically scheduled for 8 hours with a 30 minute meal break and associates are always welcome to take a few minutes in between to decompress. The role of a medicine technician can be stressful but also rewarding. We thank you again for your review and your service to Brightview.
