We have also implemented AI enhancements to our workflows to support our advisors in completing administrative tasks – a change that has received an overwhelmingly positive response. Neither strategic business initiative is replacing our valued team members; in fact, we continue to hire vigorously for customer advisor roles. Recent performance-based and market-based pay adjustments have allowed us to remain competitive in hiring and retaining the best talent.
