Pros

Brightway is a strong and profitable insurance company.

Cons

They do not have enough inbound leads for the franchise sales team. Tried going with outbound lead programs that do not work.

Thank you for the positive feedback; you have summarized Brightway accurately. We are proud of our collaborative and inclusive culture, industry-leading training programs, market-competitive pay and improved benefits. Yes, on occasion the pace can be very fast; we continue to take steps to bolster our teams to support appropriate work/life balance. We are also proud our evaluation process allows us to identify, recognize and reward high-performing team members.

Pros

There are amazing opportunities to grow and you can even earn several promotions.

Cons

Unfortunately, nothing matters quite like moving the needle in the Customer Service Center, so you can be given those responsibilities and even be put back into that work, much to your manager's dismay, in order to fill that role. Unfortunately, you can interview and earn a promotion, but leadership can take it away if they can't staff the service center.

Thank you for your input and acknowledgement of the growth opportunity that Brightway offers to our talented, hard-working employees. We are focused on staffing all of our teams with qualified employees who can contribute to the achievement of team and company goals, allowing our managers to dedicate their time to supporting their teams. We are also a nimble company focused on the success of our 350 agents and serving the needs of our customers. Meeting these goals occasionally requires that our people managers lead by example and support their teams through direct participation.
