Pros

I still really enjoy the people at the company.

Cons

Really enjoyed working here until the company got bought out. They appear to have no real direction with the IT side of things. Zero communication with management. No idea what they are planning. Every recommendation given about how to fix and improve things, upper management ignores and provides no feedback. There is a reason everyone on the IT side is leaving

Agency owner & staff was awesome to work with.

Cons

They pay commissions several months behind and you don’t receive commission for all the customers you’ve written. It’s delayed several months consistently.

Thank you for your feedback. Brightway pays commissions twice a month. Commission payments are disbursed once a policy is entered into our agency management system and funds are received from our carrier partners. We value our franchisees and, as you noted, are always seeking opportunities to support their success and make Brightway better.
