-Business will hire you full time but treat you like a contractor - Budget is tight so layoffs of high performers is common - Management appears unclear about the company’s long term direction, which creates instability and uncertainty for employees.

Brightway is growing tremendously and there are many opportunities. Especially in technology as they are investing in tech across multiple departments.

Cons

Communication and support from executives to lower level management can be lacking. Constant changes that aren’t always communicated well.

We do offer a great 401k match (as part of a benefits package that also includes generous paid time off and paid holidays, comprehensive medical/dental/life/disability coverage, tuition reimbursement, and so much more) because we do care about our people. You are also correct that we have implemented (and will continue to implement) AI enhancements to our workflows because our team members have shared that AI provides meaningful administrative support and improves their productivity.
