      Use to be a great place until it was bought out

      Pros

      I still really enjoy the people at the company.

      Cons

      Really enjoyed working here until the company got bought out. They appear to have no real direction with the IT side of things. Zero communication with management. No idea what they are planning. Every recommendation given about how to fix and improve things, upper management ignores and provides no feedback. There is a reason everyone on the IT side is leaving

      Very happy working here

      Pros

      I have been working here at Brightway for over a year now. I came in from a larger corporation that was more focused on procedures instead of innovation. Since I've been here, I feel like everyone is focused on how we can make Brightway better. We look at building better applications, the upper management is very encouraging when we do a good job and we can see the positive results of our work. The development group works extremely well together and we have fun while working.

      Cons

      I don't really have any cons, if anything, I just wish the office was closer to my house but I really don't care.

      Great company with a lot of opportunity!

      Pros

      I have been with Brightway for a number of years and the company continues to grow and provide opportunities for employees that want new challenges. Being a developer we build tools that help the company grow, while also helping customers and that work gets recognized. Brightway is constantly working to do better and be smarter and I love that attitude.

      Cons

      I don't really have anything negative to say, it can be a fast paced environment, but that is something I enjoy.
