Pros

Generally good people, lack of supervision allows a lot of spare time to Google. Dedicated work force will always pick up the slack for those that cannot manage their work load.

Cons

The good employees seem to leave the support roles and take operation jobs, this tends to put a lot of extra work on the support people and cuts into their Google time.
