Pros

Fairly Flexible with scheduling if you need a basic job

Cons

To much favoritism and bias within the company at the corporate level makes it difficult to get your job done or let alone advance in the company. They do not like individuals who want to make change for the better.

Pros

There's a lot of good food to try here from the sandwiches to the hot bar and the sushi, with a good employee discount. Lots of nice regular customers who come in and give good honest feedback. As with all retail jobs, there are some rude, difficult customers, but the good outweighs the bad here. As long as you do your work, you'll be fine.

Cons

Recently, there has been an upside of new staff who behave like they're at home. They show up to work whenever they want (they show up 30 mins to 1 hour late), they take longer breaks and lunches than they're supposed to, they always hang out in other departments gossiping about other people and management seems to be very lenient about it.
