-30% Discount on anything in the store. -The "Manager of People" positions are filled well, with sympathetic and understanding humans.

Cons

-"Uneducated" or blind upper management. They don't know what they're doing, and how their decisions effect the real employees doing the hard work. -High turnover rate. Would spend hours training new employees each week only to see them leave after a few shifts. -Exhausting, dirty work - especially kitchen positions. -Cliquey management. If you aren't in their circle, you aren't getting promoted. Westwood Specifically.

Coworkers can be wonderful. Great lunch options in store. Employee discount not bad.

Cons

Some abusive management. Others not, but blind or unwilling to intervene. Slated for part time, worked full-time, took so long to switch it over I never received benefits before ultimately quitting.
