Overwhelmed untrained staff in every department. Being worked to the bone for a salary barely above minimum wage.

If you're lucky enough to work in a store with long term managers, it can be a great environment.

Cons

Unfortunately, if your not part of the "clic" that exists in some stores, you are not treated well at all by management.
