I don’t have any cons.

I was scheduled full time from the minute I began working there. After working for about a year I caught the flu and needed to use my accrued sick time. I was shocked to find out they classified me as part time and I hadn't earned a single hour of sick time despite having worked full time for over a year. Looking back I wish I filed a formal complaint with the labor department because that is absolutely illegal. When I returned to work I found out from many of my coworkers they experienced the exact same thing, some people had worked there for ten years and were STILL categorized as a part time employee with no benefits. So my advice if you do start working here make sure they hire you as full time so you receive basic benefits such as earned sick time. Management also continuously gave me more and more responsibilities without any official change in title or increase in wage, they constantly gave false promises like "if you do more you are going to get promoted". I ended up training people, doing a huge portion of the managers job. I finally realized all these promises were total lies and that barely anyone ever gets promoted.
