Pros

Great customers. Knowledgeable, hardworking team members, fantastic upper management team, starting with the store manager. Most mid-managers were also very hardworking, knowledgeable and supportive.

Cons

Department Manager. NOT A NICE PERSON. Seemed to lack confidence, and pressed his subordinates unnecessarily.

You have to suck up to management to get promoted Not much room for growth within department The raises are miniscule

The company offers Medical, dental, Vision and 401K which are very helpful. Also a generous vacation plan as well as sick pay.

Cons

High costs for medical, and sadly they keep climbing. would hope that in the future and as the company grows the company will absorb more of the costs
