      Pros

      Short miles - company claims you get short miles for any run less than 500 miles. Mostly true, but there are exceptions. If your run is over the weekend you're taking your 34 off, no shorts. Heading home, no shorts.

      Cons

      Company claims mostly D&H, absolutely not the case. 1 in 20 loads MIGHT be a drop/hook, otherwise you spend a large amount of time @ shipper/receivers.

      Honest company, paying on time .

      Cons

      Accounting, and management are sometimes difficult to get on the phone instantly, but the good thing is you always get a phone call back same day and every problem is being solved fairly and mostly in drivers favor.
