Working for Broad is a joy! My property and Assistant managers are amazing!! i haven''t worked with corporate office as closely, but every time they call the office they are always friendly and greet me by name.

Cons

In the time that I have been here, the only con is the long drive to work as I live out of town. That however isn't anything of Broad's doing and as far as the company goes I have yet to find any cons.

Professional work environment. Positive interactions with Corporate..always very helpful and friendly. Great communication with Management.

Cons

My only downside was having to leave due to medical reasons. Great company.
