      Extremely unprofessional, no work ethics, they violate housing laws, labor laws, and when the CEO Dov is approach, he does nothing. The company encourages supervisor to create animosity among employees. WORST EXPERIENCE ever!

      1) Everyone is very KIND 2) They LISTEN to you 3) Have never had as much support 4) There is support in IT, financials, HR, maintenance to upper management. 5) No judgements! 6) They are real people who understand. 7) Regionals are FABULOUS 8) They WANT your property to look good and function properly as well. 9) They want your residents HAPPY! 10) They want their employees HAPPY! 11) They appreciate YOU and they show it! 12) Wish I had come to BROAD many years ago. 13) Did I mention that BROAD appreciates their employees and show it!!!

      Time Clocks! Necessary evil I suppose. Insurance - it's good but my physicians aren't always in the network.
