      Pros

      Broad Management has a supportive, collaborative environment. They care to make their employees feel empowered and coach them to work to their highest potential. At the property manager conference, they brought all the property managers to NJ and we got to meet everyone and the atmosphere was so friendly and supportive. There was a real friendship between the corporate staff and the property managers.

      Cons

      If you are a hardworking, dedicated employee who cares to do your best, then there are no cons to working for Broad.

      Pros

      You are treated with respect and they value your opinions. The corporate staff works with you as part of a team Good benefits and compensation. Broad looks within the team when new positions become available prior to advertising which provides its employees room to grow and advance.

      Cons

      When I think of the other companies I have worked for I have no cons when it comes to Broad Management. The property I was first hired for sold and not only was I allowed to stay with Broad but they founds homes for my entire team not something most companies do.
