      Off on major holidays and weekends!

      Cons

      The management and corporate office does not value their employees no matter how hard you work nothing is good enough for them. They will use you until they can’t and then suddenly fire you and post your position on indeed. The benefits suck and The regional manager over the St. Louis properties definitely not a good person to work under she does not care about employees AT ALL I was excited about this job and loved it until the New Regional came along then everything went down from her arrival.

      You don’t work weekends or holidays

      Cons

      Management is horrible. They handle all their personal business while on the clock including sexual activities. We even left early for her to do so.

      The pay was decent and the staff that I worked with was very friendly

      Cons

      At first they seem to be all about family and work life balance but then when you get sick with a serious illness, you get, let go. While my local office was great to work for it is corporate that was very eager to work out with me. Once they found out I had cancer then suddenly they changed and I was fired on my lunch break.
