Pros
Great benefits and great people to work with in the distribution department.
Cons
Inability to accept new norms with jobs that could easily be done from home. CEO doesn't care that his employees are barely surviving living in Nashville on a BMI salary and that they could easily move somewhere affordable. No concrete reasons ever given as to why leading most to believe that is because they had just finished remodeling the lunch room right before the pandemic hit.
