Pros

Free parking and 4 day schedule for the week

Cons

Poor commission and incentives, hourly pay is not comparable to work load and goals, and barely living wages. Training for sales in sensitive markets is not sufficient, and parameters around making the sale makes this position more of a collections agent than a sales job.

Pros

Very flexible work schedule and lots of paid time off with good benefits. I loved the people that I worked with.

Cons

Low low pay for the amount of work that you do. Management is kind of the worst. They have very unrealistic expectations for their workers. Absolutely no room for advancement.
