Pros

Great benefits (insurance, 401k + match, PTO), good pay when you advance in your career, hybrid schedule, good office location, flexible hours (to an extent).

Cons

Not much room for growth because people stick around (see "Pros"). Pay is comparable to music industry pay (so it's good but nothing to brag about). No option for full-time remote unless you're IT. Changes happen at a snail's pace. Commuting 3 days a week. Salary raises seem to be only in line with inflation.

Low Pay, okay work environment, slow to innovate

Pros

Decent benefits Good work environment

Cons

Traditional Corporate office 9-5 even though the requirements are only 37.5 hours for full time. You will work overtime at least 5 weeks of every quarter. IT has a choke hold on any innovation. It's a waste of talent for developers.
