Pros

Great entry level jobs in the music business. Work is pretty straight forward and easy to learn but hard to master. Most employees are super friendly and fun to work with. Great benefits and work from home opportunities.

Cons

Numbers oriented which lead to micromanaging. Threats of termination for slight drop in numbers. Unrealistic expectations when in crunch time and forced overtime often. Placed heavy standards on accuracy which could make hourly number drop when your next hour could lead exceeding hourly number. Opportunities to move up are stifled by management.

Pros

Coworkers are great, most of the people make it a good daily experience.

Cons

No upward mobility. Upper management refuses to remove problematic department heads for some unknown reason.
